  • migrant and newcomer organisations

  • women-led initiatives and networks

  • faith and interfaith centres

  • disability advocacy organisations

  • mental health and wellbeing services

  • community cafés and cultural spaces

  • supporter-led projects and grassroots football initiatives

Visitors are encouraged to check opening hours, accessibility information and local guidance before attending events or visiting community spaces.

Pride Houses and LGBTQ+ Fan Spaces

Pride Houses are inclusive community spaces organised around major international sporting events. They provide welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ supporters, athletes and allies, while hosting cultural events, screenings, discussions and social gatherings throughout a tournament.

The Pride House movement began during the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Vancouver and has since expanded to major sporting events around the world.

For FIFA World Cup 2026™, Pride House International and local partners are working to support Pride Houses and LGBTQ+ fan spaces across host cities in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Visitors can expect a range of activities including:

  • live match screenings

  • community events

  • cultural programmes

  • social gatherings

  • information and support services

  • opportunities to connect with local LGBTQ+ communities and supporters

Locations, opening times, accessibility information and event programmes is announced by local organisers.  Country and city guides on this website include local recommendations, community organisations and support services to help visitors connect with local communities and navigate the tournament with confidence.
